Missing People is the only UK charity providing a lifeline to those affected by a disappearance, or thinking of going missing.

All counsellors at The Missing Piece received our specialist training in missing-loss from Missing People, and we each spent several years working in the charity's in-house counselling service, before its closure in 2025.

Missing People's helpline is open every day, and the charity offers a range of other practical, and emotional, support services.
